With the goal of conquering the fitness market – with revenues of $ 2.1 billion per year in Brazil, according to the International Fitness Club Association (IHRSA) – Angular is a digital platform for fitness gyms and clubs operating in the pay-per-use segment.

Created in 2009 by Alessandro Reichert, the startup provides an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for the sector, handling website management, class payments and management of classes to avoid overbooking. “We noticed there was a gap in the market for fitness gyms and clubs that work with prepaid credits, which are not yet common, but are growing, in Brazil. With an e-commerce base ready, we developed a platform that helps gym owners digitally control and manage business,” explains the founder.

Angular is one of the many startups that participated in Genova Pitch, the selection process at Genova, Spread’s Entrepreneurship Hub.
